As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Sloane is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel safe to heal and grow. With experience across a variety of clinical settings — including serving as Clinical Director of a detoxification, residential, and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), providing outpatient therapy, and working as a therapist in a juvenile detention center — Sloane brings a compassionate and well-rounded perspective to care.
Using various evidence-based treatment modalities, Sloane leads a team of clinicians that work collaboratively with each client to build on their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Above all, Sloane is passionate about supporting each individual’s well-being and empowering them to achieve their personal goals.
