Founder & Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Crawford is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with 15+ years working in the mental health and substance field. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and has held a variety of roles within those organizations. Dr. Crawford also maintains a strong focus on compliance activities within the facility.
Sloane Tredwell
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Sloane is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel safe to heal and grow. With experience across a variety of clinical settings — including serving as Clinical Director of a detoxification, residential, and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), providing outpatient therapy, and working as a therapist in a juvenile detention center — Sloane brings a compassionate and well-rounded perspective to care.
